Hey everyone, Dr.eye: 喂每人，

I've just replaced the quiet, peaceful mountain villages of Nepal for the noisy, stinky city of Varanasi, India. Dr.eye: 我剛剛為嘈雜，Varanasi，印度的stinky城市替換尼泊爾的安靜，寧靜的山村。

Last time most of you heard from me I was still in Mongolia. Dr.eye: 上次大多數你們收到我的來信我仍然在蒙古。  Since then I've visited quite a few places, starting with Inner Mongolia in China. Dr.eye: 從那以後我已經參觀相當多地方，在中國從內蒙古開始。  And slowly making my way down to Tibet. Dr.eye: 並且緩慢地前進到西藏。

Especially, Qinghai province was worth the visit. Dr.eye: 特別是，青海省值得訪問。  It's written Qinghai now but should be pronounced Tibet. Dr.eye: 它現下被寫青海，但是應該是被念的西藏。

Since the "truly Marxist" revolution of 1949 in China (anyone that's read animal farm will now how this will end, or has ended already really) China has "liberated" a few of their "original" provinces. Dr.eye: 西藏作為他們中的一個。  Not wanting Tibet to be the biggest provinces they split it up into smaller ones. Dr.eye: 不想要西藏是最大的省，他們使向上的它分裂成更小的。  So in Qinghai I went to one of the holiest Tibetan mountains and did a trek around it (about 200km). Day time was mainly sunny though. Dr.eye: 可是，白天主要晴朗。

From Qinghai I went to the Tibet Autonomous Region and did a tour from Lhasa to the Everest Base Camp and on to Nepal. Dr.eye: 從青海中我去西藏自治區並且做一次旅行從拉薩到聖母峰大本營和到尼泊爾上。

In Nepal again lots of hiking. Dr.eye: 再次在尼泊爾許多徒步旅行。  For a Dutchman I fare pretty well at high altitude. Dr.eye: 對一名荷蘭人來說我在高空幾乎進展。  Holland being below sea level I'm not entirely used to 50% oxygen levels, more like 102%. Dr.eye: 在我不完全習慣於50% 氧步，更多的海平面下面的荷蘭喜歡102%。

Nepal's hiking is a lot more comfortable than Tibet. Dr.eye: 尼泊爾徒步旅行比西藏舒適。

You can sleep in lodges along the way, have meals prepared for you and have hot showers (not bathing in icy cold glacier streams). Dr.eye: 為你作準備，你能沿著路睡在小屋裡，吃飯，有熱淋浴(不在冰冷的冷的冰河溪裡洗澡) .
